Natural clarity
Sometimes recognition shows itself so clearly that description falls away completely. No beliefs needed, no practices required - just reality doing what it does when we stop getting in the way.
You might notice how experience flows by itself, like breathing or heartbeat. No one deciding to make it happen, no one controlling the show. Everything moving perfectly without a director.
Or you might catch how thoughts and stories about time dissolve, leaving only this immediate happening. No past to maintain, no future to reach for. Just this, complete before memory or anticipation arise.
Sometimes it's the simple noticing that experience has no center, no location where "you" are happening. No inside or outside, no boundary where perception starts or ends. Just this boundless appearing.
These aren't special states to achieve or qualities to collect. They're simply what's obvious when we stop adding our usual complications to experience. Like noticing the sky has always been blue once clouds part.
The mind wants to turn these descriptions into goals, into evidence of progress. But that's missing the point entirely. This is about what's already here, what's naturally obvious before we start trying to understand or achieve anything.
Reality is utterly simple, completely ordinary, and impossible to capture in concepts. Every description, including this one, can only point to what you already are.
